Elisa's mother is a single parent to him, his 2 sisters and one brother. Life is difficult without his father since his mother has to provide everything all alone. Elisa is in 2nd grade and dreams of becoming a teacher when he grows up. This is an attainable goal considering the Rwandan government has recently provided incentives to encourage students to get training to be teachers. The Child Hope Center is fun for him since he makes many friends there. A Mission Life sponsor will play a role in Elisa realizing his dreams.
